Hi Team, I'm trying to complete the job assessment, but I have hit a bug on the first question: "Evaluate a real land development opportunity".

I found an address in Vancouver, and the AI system started brilliantly, but then hit an error and no matter how many times I refresh, input the address again, or even try another address, I'm getting the same error.

I will try to log out and back in again, and other troubleshooting tricks; however, if I cannot fix this, I will submit my reason in the assessment and hope this will not affect my result.

Awesome concept and app though!
