I just wanted to say I’m really impressed with the UnlockLand platform — the site is incredibly well done, and the AI functionality is powerful. I was wondering if it’s possible to use the tool to input a set of site criteria — such as zoning type, FSR potential, and minimum lot size — and have it scan and return all matching addresses? My specific goal is to identify multiplex opportunities in Vancouver where I could build 4 to 6 units on lots with existing homes built between 1940 and 1960, ideally within a certain price range. Based on how your platform pulls from BC Assessment and analyzes land use potential, I believe this could be feasible. I think a feature like this would add tremendous value for developers and investors actively looking for viable infill opportunities. Would love to hear your thoughts!
