This release introduces a fully upgraded conversational Agent that guides you through gathering master plan inputs, completes the Majlis spatial map animation series, and delivers meaningful stability and accuracy improvements across the platform.
A Reimagined Conversational Agent
We've upgraded the Agent that powers project intake from the ground up. Instead of a static questionnaire, the Agent now works conversationally — walking through each input the master plan requires and engaging with you only where it matters.
A clearer four-step rhythm:
Every part of the conversation now follows a consistent Searching → Analyzing → Finding → Confirming pattern. You can see what the Agent is doing at each moment, follow along with its reasoning, and step in to confirm or adjust when it matters most.
What this means for you:
Less manual data entry — the Agent gathers the inputs your master plan needs through natural conversation, rather than asking you to fill out long forms.
More transparency — at every stage you see what's being searched, what's being analyzed, what's been found, and what's awaiting your confirmation.
Stay in control — confirmation moments are clearly surfaced so you can keep the conversation moving or refine the direction at will.

Majlis Spatial Map Animations — Series Complete
The Majlis spatial map animation series is now fully built out, giving every stage of the conversation a purpose-built visual moment on the map.
Highlights:
A complete set of animation stages that pair each conversational round with a corresponding map narrative — from terrain reveals and regional framing to local-context analysis and the climate envelope.
Public facilities, expanded — education, community, and industry variants are now distinguished on the map with their own visual treatments, alongside a refreshed utility-infrastructure icon set.
New Terrain, Military Legacy, WindRose, and WindSpeed legends surface context-specific information at the right moments.
The Flood Risk legend has been refactored to follow the same animation-directive pattern as the rest of the system — predictable timing, cleaner state.
Legend positioning now adapts to Majlis mode, keeping the layout balanced across viewer modes.
Feasibility & Plan Comparison
Feasibility numbers and the plan-comparison surface both got a meaningful round of accuracy and consistency work.
Water and power calculations in the feasibility view now compute correctly — fixing math errors that previously skewed comparison.
Shared unit-calculation logic between the frontend and the data pipeline ensures the numbers you see on screen exactly match the ones used during plan generation.
The plan comparison table and Feasibility tab have been refactored for clearer rendering and more reliable updates.
Map Stability
A focused round of resilience work makes the map noticeably less prone to edge-case crashes.
The white boundary layer no longer obscures custom layers and 3D buildings — a long-standing z-order issue is now resolved across all map hooks.
Map style loading errors are handled gracefully via a shared safety check, so unmounting a map mid-load no longer throws.
The population layer is wrapped in protective error handling to prevent crashes during style transitions.
A persistent infinite-render issue caused by legacy transport overlay markers has been fixed, and the unused legacy transport layers have been retired.
Other Improvements & Bug Fixes
The deal search dropdown has been tidied up for a cleaner experience, tag styling in the conversation cards has been refined for better visibility, and several smaller spacing and copy fixes are sprinkled throughout the project intake flow.
This week's release focuses on making plan exploration more visual, more data-driven, and more conversational. We improved the AI-generated Plan Preview experience for large-scale masterplan projects, moved key plan calculations earlier in the generation flow, and upgraded the AI Chatbot with stronger real estate planning knowledge, better interruption support, and more natural language understanding.
Smarter AI Chatbot for Planning Conversations
The AI Chatbot has been upgraded to better support real estate planning workflows.
Users can now ask more planning-related questions, interact with the AI more naturally, and interrupt the masterplan generation process when they need to adjust direction. This makes the AI experience feel less like a fixed form flow and more like a flexible planning assistant.
What's new:
- Expanded real estate planning knowledge— the chatbot can now respond to more questions related to master planning, land use, density, community planning, development strategy, and real estate project logic.
- Support for interruption during masterplan generation— users can interrupt the AI while a masterplan is being generated, instead of waiting until the full process is complete.
- More flexible user control— if users notice that the AI is going in the wrong direction, they can step in earlier and guide the output before too much time is spent.
- Stronger natural language understanding— users can describe their preferences in everyday language, and the AI can better understand the intended option or direction.
- Less reliance on rigid selections— users no longer need to follow only predefined choices. They can explain what they want in their own words, making the experience feel more natural and more human.
- Better support for exploratory workflows— the chatbot is now more useful during early-stage planning, where users may not yet know the exact settings they want but can describe goals, constraints, or planning ideas.
This upgrade makes the AI Chatbot more capable, more responsive, and more aligned with how users actually think during planning. It helps users move from questions to decisions faster, while still keeping them in control of the generation process.
More Accurate AI-Generated Plan Previews
Plan Preview now gives users a clearer and more realistic first impression of each generated masterplan.
We optimized the AIGC rendering flow behind the preview cards, especially for large masterplan-scale sites. Instead of showing a generic or abstract preview, the system now generates a more accurate visual representation of the actual plan logic, layout, and spatial character.
What's improved:
- More faithful masterplan rendering— preview images now better reflect the generated plan's actual layout, development pattern, open-space structure, and overall planning intent.
- Clearer visual communication— users can understand the difference between plan options directly from the home page, without needing to open every plan one by one.
- Better support for large sites— the rendering flow is now more suitable for masterplan-scale land parcels, where road hierarchy, green space, density distribution, and parcel organization need to be visually readable.
- More intuitive plan selection— preview cards now help users quickly identify which schemes look promising, saving time during early exploration.
- Stronger presentation value— generated previews feel closer to real planning outputs, making the product experience more polished and more credible for client-facing demos.
The result is a more visual-first workflow: users can scan generated plans not only by name or data, but also by the real spatial outcome each plan represents.
Plan Calculations Now Start Earlier

We also moved the core plan calculation process earlier in the AI generation flow.
Previously, users often had to enter a specific plan before the full data and metrics became available. Now, the system begins calculating key plan data right after the AI generates the plan concept, before the user opens the detailed plan page.
This creates a much smoother experience across both plan review and plan comparison.
What's improved:
- Less waiting after opening a plan— because calculations are already started in advance, users spend less time waiting for data to load when they enter a plan.
- More complete data in Compare view— users can now see more accurate plan metrics before deciding which plan to explore in detail.
- Better decision-making— users can compare options based on both visual previews and calculated plan data, making the selection process more confident and objective.
- Faster evaluation loop— instead of opening plans one by one and waiting for results, users can quickly narrow down the best options from the comparison page.
- More intelligent generation flow— the product now feels more proactive, with AI not only creating concepts but also preparing the data needed for evaluation ahead of time.
This change makes the overall workflow feel faster and smarter. Plan generation is no longer just about creating options — it also prepares the supporting data users need to judge those options immediately.
A More Visual, Data-Ready, and Conversational Planning Experience
Together, these updates make the early-stage planning workflow much more powerful.
Users can now see a more realistic AI-generated preview of each plan, compare more accurate plan data before opening a detailed scheme, and use the AI Chatbot to ask planning questions or adjust direction through natural language.
For large-scale masterplan projects, this is especially valuable. Users are often comparing multiple complex schemes with different land-use structures, density strategies, circulation systems, and open-space frameworks. By improving visual previews, data-readiness, and AI conversation quality, the product now gives users a stronger foundation for making fast and confident planning decisions.
This release brings a sweeping visual refresh across the entire app, deeper plan-comparison capabilities, and a more polished AI Assistant experience — alongside meaningful performance gains in Presentation mode.
A Unified Minimalist Design Language
We've rolled out a single, consistent visual language across the app — neutral grayscale, refined typography, softer shadows, and a tighter control language. Everything from sign-in to your project workflow now feels like one product.
What's new:
Refreshed sidebar — workspace switcher, top-level menu, and the Projects header stay pinned while only your folder list scrolls. Settings, Admin, Support, and Feedback are tucked into a single overflow menu.
Redesigned top bar — cleaner notification panel with a proper empty state, restyled avatar dropdown, and a fully refreshed Account Settings modal.
Polished auth flow — login, sign-up, forgot-password, and reset pages now share the branded illustration background, with no stray browser scrollbars on shorter screens.
Streamlined onboarding — three thin progress indicators replace the chunky gradient bar, and role and team-size selections match the dashboard's new look.
Refined Workflow & Kanban — every project card uses the same bordered, rounded container with a clear pipeline stage, density and community tags, and a consistent drag preview.
Dashboard & Plan Management
Your project dashboard is faster to scan, easier to search, and more informative at a glance.
Project cards, refreshed:
A new white header bar above each card surfaces the deal code on the left and a color-coded pipeline status dot on the right.
Every card now defaults to a Backlog stage when no status is set — so you'll never see a card without a pipeline indicator.
Workflow and folder pages gain a powerful search box that matches across title, folder, creator, owner, address, and building type — across Grid, List, Kanban, and Compare views.
Cards display a relative "updated xx ago" timestamp next to the creator avatar.

Faster, smoother folders:
Folder views now render with a loading skeleton, so you see structure immediately instead of a blank screen.
Background data loading for folder deals has been reworked for noticeably quicker open times.
Project cards handle image loading and fallbacks more gracefully.
Plan Compare — More Power, Less Friction
Plan Compare has been reimagined to give you a calmer, more deliberate side-by-side experience.
Pinned plans are now true sticky columns anchored against the Benchmark, with a clear visual rail and a BASELINE tag so you always know your reference point.
Pinned plans can't be accidentally dragged, and the pin toggle is hardened against pointer mishaps.
Pinned column backgrounds stay fully opaque while you scroll horizontally — no more bleed-through.
A new Mixed Use – Apartments section surfaces different bedroom unit counts and percentages, scoped to mixed-use apartments only.
AI Assistant & Plan Generation Animations
The AI Assistant and the Saudi plan-generation experience both got noticeably more refined this week.
Other Improvements & Bug Fixes
Plenty of smaller polish landed this week: tighter alignment in Kanban columns, scrollbar stability fixes that prevent content shifts, the Intercom launcher has been moved into the Contact support sidebar entry to declutter the canvas, the priority picker now uses cleaner icon-only glyphs, and various copy and stability tweaks across the app.

Map Analysis Overlays — Major Expansion
We've significantly expanded the analysis layers available in the master planning view, giving you deeper spatial insight without leaving the map.
New overlays:
Densities — visualize population or unit density across your plan
Building Heights — height distribution at a glance
Phases — see development phasing overlaid on the map
Amenity Details — per-amenity insight, now with counts broken down by phase

Building Type Editor & 3D Preview — overhauled. A refreshed editor makes it faster to configure building types, and the 3D preview gives you an immediate visual read on your configuration.
Land Use Types — new section. The Land Use Types panel now collapses cleanly, giving you more room when you don't need it and full detail when you do.

Plan Compare — Redesigned
Comparing plans side-by-side is now significantly more usable, especially for complex plans with many rows:
Sticky headers stay pinned as you scroll, so you always know which metric you're looking at
Subgrid-aligned columns keep plan values perfectly aligned, even with variable row heights
Dynamic row height accommodates richer content without breaking the layout

1. Project Archive & Lifecycle Management
Introduced a complete project lifecycle system with
Archive
and Trash
support. Users can archive inactive projects to declutter the workspace, or move them to Trash with a recovery window — keeping things organized without risking data loss.
2. Plan Comparison Tool
Added a new side-by-side comparison view for master plan options. Users can evaluate multiple design scenarios at a glance across key planning metrics and quickly navigate to the preferred plan for deeper analysis.

3. AI Plan Generation Optimization
Upgraded the plan generation pipeline with deeper contextual awareness. During plan creation, the system now factors in surrounding transportation networks, local infrastructure, terrain contours, population density, and geographic environment to dynamically adjust generation parameters and produce more context-sensitive results.
To complement this, we added a new visual animation layer that progressively renders each data source on the map in real time, allowing users to see exactly what contextual data the AI is analyzing as their plan is being generated.

4. Financial Analysis Module Rebuild
Rebuilt the financial module into a dynamic modeling engine that responds to design changes in real time. The first wave of engines — Sales Revenue, Rental Revenue, Operating Projections, and CapEx — are now live, powering a suite of interactive charts and dashboards that give users immediate financial feedback as they iterate on plans. More engines are on the way.

5. Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements
Resolved a batch of issues across the platform, including team invitation status synchronization, member visibility after onboarding, map rendering artifacts on plan switching, data panel alignment with selected phases, and various UI regressions in the dashboard and registration flow.
Algorithm Engine

- Large Parcel Subdivision Algorithm: Implemented automatic subdivision logic for large parcels, enabling rule-based splitting of large land areas into appropriately sized development units
- Building Arrangement Logic: Completed the logic for arranging different building types across individual runs, enabling automated multi-typology layout and combination within parcels
- Zoning-to-Building Data Architecture Finalized: Designed the complete data architecture from zoning rules to building generation. Separated public regulatory data from team-specific building type libraries, with support for unified vertical envelope constraints (setbacks, angular planes, podium-tower tiering, etc.), density controls, parking ratio configuration, and amenity buildings (schools, clinics, community centers, etc.) with service capacity and catchment radius definitions
Master Plan
- Contextual Data Layers Expanded: Integrated additional background analysis layers for parcels, including GDP, population density, age demographics, and more, providing more comprehensive data support for site selection decisions
- Site Research Framework: Designed a generalized four-level inside-out spatial analysis framework (Site → Neighbourhood → District → Regional), with output delivered as visual map layer overlays
Library

- Library Module Launched: Introduced the Library module, giving each team its own independent building library and regulation library
- Building Rule Storage Redesigned: Restructured the rule storage architecture to support more complex configurations, including multi-tier setbacks, angular controls, podium/tower combinations, and more
- Configuration & Preview Pages: Added Library configuration pages and building detail preview pages with visual browsing and editing capabilities
- Regulation Table: Built the regulation table for Building Generation, providing the data foundation for automated building massing generation
Core Workflow Updates
- Project / Plan Hierarchy Restructured: Overhauled the core workflow architecture — each parcel now maps to a single Project, and each Project can generate multiple Plans for comparison. Each Plan features built-in multi-perspective views including Design, Finance, Audit, and Presentation, allowing users to evaluate a plan from different dimensions within the same workspace
- Analysis Mode in Design View: Added an Analysis mode within the Design view, supporting multi-dimensional spatial analysis of the current plan — including land use composition, FAR distribution, building density heatmaps, public service facility coverage radius, transportation accessibility, and more — visualized as overlay layers to help designers and decision-makers quickly assess plan feasibility and compliance
- Sidebar & Kanban Redesign: Redesigned the main sidebar navigation structure and updated the Deal page kanban view to align with the new Project/Plan hierarchy
- Delete / Archive Logic: Updated the deletion and archival interaction logic for Projects and Plans

Financial Module

- Multi-Phase Excel Financial Report: Implemented phased output logic for Finance Excel reports. Financial statements can now present cash flows independently by development phase — Land (acquisition), Construction, Sale, and Financial (financing costs) — with each phase having its own time range, cost breakdown, and revenue attribution. Supports cross-phase cumulative cash flow calculations, with expenditures and revenues automatically arranged along a monthly timeline for clear visibility into capital flow across different stages of the development cycle
- Financial Model Framework Overhaul: Established a comprehensive real estate development financial analysis framework, including a two-tier cost-revenue structure of Development Costs (Land / Hard / Soft) and Returns (Revenue + Disposition Costs), operating income hierarchy from Rental Revenue to Net Operating Income (NOI), construction loan interest accrual based on drawdown schedule, and standardized project measurement units and currency conventions
Audit

- AI-Powered Stage-Gated Audit Workflow: Established a four-gate audit system aligned with deal progression, enabling teams to move from initial screening to final approval through a structured, decision-ready compliance workflow
- AI Preliminary Review & Scoring Engine: Introduced AI-assisted first-pass review across audit items, automatically evaluating submissions, surfacing potential gaps, and generating readiness scores to help teams prioritize issues and accelerate decision-making
