- Large Parcel Subdivision Algorithm: Implemented automatic subdivision logic for large parcels, enabling rule-based splitting of large land areas into appropriately sized development units
- Building Arrangement Logic: Completed the logic for arranging different building types across individual runs, enabling automated multi-typology layout and combination within parcels
- Zoning-to-Building Data Architecture Finalized: Designed the complete data architecture from zoning rules to building generation. Separated public regulatory data from team-specific building type libraries, with support for unified vertical envelope constraints (setbacks, angular planes, podium-tower tiering, etc.), density controls, parking ratio configuration, and amenity buildings (schools, clinics, community centers, etc.) with service capacity and catchment radius definitions
Master Plan
- Contextual Data Layers Expanded: Integrated additional background analysis layers for parcels, including GDP, population density, age demographics, and more, providing more comprehensive data support for site selection decisions
- Site Research Framework: Designed a generalized four-level inside-out spatial analysis framework (Site → Neighbourhood → District → Regional), with output delivered as visual map layer overlays
Library

- Library Module Launched: Introduced the Library module, giving each team its own independent building library and regulation library
- Building Rule Storage Redesigned: Restructured the rule storage architecture to support more complex configurations, including multi-tier setbacks, angular controls, podium/tower combinations, and more
- Configuration & Preview Pages: Added Library configuration pages and building detail preview pages with visual browsing and editing capabilities
- Regulation Table: Built the regulation table for Building Generation, providing the data foundation for automated building massing generation
Core Workflow Updates
- Project / Plan Hierarchy Restructured: Overhauled the core workflow architecture — each parcel now maps to a single Project, and each Project can generate multiple Plans for comparison. Each Plan features built-in multi-perspective views including Design, Finance, Audit, and Presentation, allowing users to evaluate a plan from different dimensions within the same workspace
- Analysis Mode in Design View: Added an Analysis mode within the Design view, supporting multi-dimensional spatial analysis of the current plan — including land use composition, FAR distribution, building density heatmaps, public service facility coverage radius, transportation accessibility, and more — visualized as overlay layers to help designers and decision-makers quickly assess plan feasibility and compliance
- Sidebar & Kanban Redesign: Redesigned the main sidebar navigation structure and updated the Deal page kanban view to align with the new Project/Plan hierarchy
- Delete / Archive Logic: Updated the deletion and archival interaction logic for Projects and Plans
- UI Cleanup: Completed a series of interface refinements including the layer visibility panel, Plan design page, Generation Flow UX, and Sizing toolbar integration
Financial Module

- Multi-Phase Excel Financial Report: Implemented phased output logic for Finance Excel reports. Financial statements can now present cash flows independently by development phase — Land (acquisition), Construction, Sale, and Financial (financing costs) — with each phase having its own time range, cost breakdown, and revenue attribution. Supports cross-phase cumulative cash flow calculations, with expenditures and revenues automatically arranged along a monthly timeline for clear visibility into capital flow across different stages of the development cycle
- Financial Model Framework Overhaul: Established a comprehensive real estate development financial analysis framework, including a two-tier cost-revenue structure of Development Costs (Land / Hard / Soft) and Returns (Revenue + Disposition Costs), operating income hierarchy from Rental Revenue to Net Operating Income (NOI), construction loan interest accrual based on drawdown schedule, and standardized project measurement units and currency conventions
Audit

- AI-Powered Stage-Gated Audit Workflow: Established a four-gate audit system aligned with deal progression, enabling teams to move from initial screening to final approval through a structured, decision-ready compliance workflow
- AI Preliminary Review & Scoring Engine: Introduced AI-assisted first-pass review across audit items, automatically evaluating submissions, surfacing potential gaps, and generating readiness scores to help teams prioritize issues and accelerate decision-making
- Role-Based Submission & Review Loop: Implemented a collaborative audit workflow with assigned owners, review queues, evidence packages, reviewer notes, and approval controls, allowing complex diligence processes to be managed in one place
