Map Analysis Overlays — Major Expansion
We've significantly expanded the analysis layers available in the master planning view, giving you deeper spatial insight without leaving the map.
New overlays:
Densities — visualize population or unit density across your plan
Building Heights — height distribution at a glance
Phases — see development phasing overlaid on the map
Amenity Details — per-amenity insight, now with counts broken down by phase
Open Space Hierarchy — understand the structure of parks, plazas, and open areas
Value Assessment — identify high- and low-value zones across your plan
Utility Demand Heatmaps — four separate overlays for Water, Electricity, Sewage, and Gas
Improvements:
Catchment overlay has been regrouped for clearer reading
Overall overlay polish: smoother rendering, cleaner legends, tighter color scales
Parking data now correctly sourced from the dedicated Parking category
Master Plan & Building Types
Building Type Editor & 3D Preview — overhauled. A refreshed editor makes it faster to configure building types, and the 3D preview gives you an immediate visual read on your configuration.
Land Use Types — new section. The Land Use Types panel now collapses cleanly, giving you more room when you don't need it and full detail when you do.
Plan Compare — Redesigned
Comparing plans side-by-side is now significantly more usable, especially for complex plans with many rows:
Sticky headers stay pinned as you scroll, so you always know which metric you're looking at
Subgrid-aligned columns keep plan values perfectly aligned, even with variable row heights
Dynamic row height accommodates richer content without breaking the layout
General feature updates across the compare experience for a smoother workflow
AI Assistant & Animations
Unified AI Assistant panel. The panel layout has been consolidated and the overflow issues resolved, giving a more consistent experience across the app.
Refined the thinking process visualization. Multiple rounds of polish on transitions and reveals — smoother timing, more natural motion and interaction fixes, and better visual hierarchy.
Dashboard & Plan Management
A simpler, clearer dashboard experience:
Plan visibility fixes — All Plans view now reliably shows what it should
Streamlined plan card menu — reduced to just Rename and Copy Link, removing clutter and focusing on the actions you actually use
Project creation UI removed from locations where it didn't belong
Other Improvements & Bug Fixes
Alongside the headline features, this release includes a range of smaller quality-of-life improvements, visual polish, and bug fixes across the app — including updated table header styling, tightened color contrast, and various stability tweaks to make daily use feel smoother.
